This hotel was super clean and had a great location, within walking distance of the main street and the beach. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options including eggs and pancakes. The pool was enjoyable and the gardens were beautiful. the Wi-Fi was sufficient for general browsing.
The staff was not consistently helpful and there were issues with billing and communication. the smoking policy at the hotel was not accommodating for non-smokers.

The hotel facilities were amazing and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the room was spotless and they cleaned it daily which was great. the pool was beautiful and well-maintained. the hotel desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they were happy to recommend places to eat and visit. the location was perfect, as it was close to all the restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the beach. the breakfast offered a range of choices every day, and the noodles and eggs were always amazing.
Although there were many positives, there were a couple of things that could be improved. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this hotel is ideal for anyone wanting to be near the beach and all the shopping and dining options in Kuta. It's just a short walk away from the beach and close to the main street of Kuta. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for travelers.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to help me. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the main street of this city, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast, although basic, offered substantial options to choose from.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
